Never have I made it this far. In the past, my sites were scrapped by week two. This site is a keeper, and that’s just because.
Let's catch-up considering I've been gone.
The summer heat is starting to melt me, but I’m indoors, AC’d, committing to a long-time project idea I have. This is all grounds for finally learning programming fundamentals, and time blocking has been a huge help in these unstructured days. I start with five minutes of intention, twenty minutes of work, and finish with five minutes of reflection. I should also probably get my Adderall refill sooner.
I began reading Against Interpretation by Susan Sontag. Oh, she can write. I’m taking my fullest time with it. The text is dense, her transitions so effectual. Her points tend to fall in line with many of my own hunches. So, there’s a lot to discover inside and out with these essays.

Rock Music by Charli XCX was what I expected and I just plain like it. Charli might be being vague in her intention, but I know this upcoming album will be amusing anyways.
I saw The Devil Wears Prada 2 with my mom for her birthday. I am a big fan of the original and a bigger fan of this sequel. They were able to handle so many new ideas (B.J. Novak), because they kept their OCs intact. Many in Hollyweird should take notes.
Artemis II is a wrap. I’m crushed. I loved having little moonnauts in my phone. Also, that reentry was insane. May they never do that really cool thing again. I will forever remember this mission and the true gif it spawned.
I’ve also updated the Song of the Month and Article of the Month.
